How the milestones work
These are proposed goals measured in active paid Patreon members, not YouTube subscribers or lifetime signups. Current membership progress has not yet been verified. Every milestone is planned, not unlocked.
Reaching a member target starts a readiness review. A feature opens when its content, funding and support are ready; subscriber counts alone do not commit money that is unavailable.

What unlocks the server?
The initial planning allowance is $40 per month, subject to a current regional quote. The existing project gate requires $160 of earned, uncommitted cash reserved for the server and $80 per month in net recurring contribution after other commitments for two completed months.
A confirmed steward, backup organiser, interested drivers and a tested non-canon pilot are also required. Financial readiness is currently unverified. Membership capacity is separate from available race-grid places.
Content comes first
The story remains the central creative goal: Kael and Cyren reach the top with those who started beside them. New features must support the writing, rather than consume the time needed to finish it.
Public readers receive one chapter per announced cycle; eligible members receive two. Weekly or biweekly timing will be confirmed from writing progress. Higher member counts do not automatically increase the writing promise.
Clear benefits, realistic growth
Tier benefits and milestone unlocks are different. Existing paid promises must be ready when sold. Additional discounts, products and events will be announced with their scope and availability. Community members never purchase a race win, an IMF rank or a guaranteed professional team seat.
The long-term cap remains 10,000 active members, with Founder/Driver 0 outside the cap. Targets may be revised openly as costs and community needs become clearer.
